Can I receive multiple faxes at the same time?
Yes! Because of the way that eGoldFax is built, rest assured that you will never miss a fax due to a busy signal. You can receive multiple faxes to a single fax number at the same time. Upon switching to eGoldFax, many customers experience a significant increase in their fax traffic due to the “Never Busy Signal” technology, which improves their employee and customer satisfaction, workflow and profitability.
How can I ensure that the faxes were successfully sent?
eGoldFax always sends you an email confirmation of the faxes sent including confirmation of the transmission date and time, number of pages sent, recipient phone number and more. Options include thumbnails and/or a PDF of sent fax pages and confirmations that can be printed and/or sent to a folder.
I already have fax numbers — can I use them with eGoldFax?
Yes! Your existing fax numbers can be easily transferred, also known as “ported,” to the eGoldFax service. You will always retain ownership of your current fax numbers when they are used with eGoldFax, as well as retaining ownership of new numbers that eGoldFax may provide. In the unlikely event that you choose to discontinue service with eGoldFax, you can easily port your fax number away, which is usually disallowed by other fax service providers.
Do I need any special equipment to use eGoldFax?
No special equipment is needed as eGoldFax enables you to send and receive faxes wherever you are. Faxes can be sent or received through email, the eGoldFax Desktop App, any Scan to Email multi-functional product (MFP), or an MFP Connector App. eGoldFax can also utilize your existing scanners and printers with Scan to Email technology. And eGoldFax allows for free unlimited users, MFPs and desktop app seats.
