What will PaperStream Capture Pro do for you when you scan documents?
The functions of PaperStream Capture Pro are as follows:
- One-Touch & Go: Create custom scan profiles for repeatable tasks so that users can scan, tag, and deliver documents with a single click.
- Advanced Metadata Tagging: You’ll be able to capture critical data when entering it, so that later processes like search, retrieval, and compliance will be faster and more accurate.
- After-Scan Correction: When you scan an image, PSCP will improve the image output without having to rescan the document(s).
- Automated Forms Processing: Simplify and shorten manual data-entry tasks for form processing. Automate data collection for up to 100 fields per form, process multiple types in the same batch, and gain expanded recognition technology with hand-print recognition (AI-OCR).
- Redaction Function: Protect personally sensitive information by redacting it. The Redaction Function is meant to prevent the unathorized visibility of the data in selected fields of your document via subsequent workflow steps. This is a great option if you have forms that collect personal information, such as applications and invoices.
- File import: Make your existing digital files work for you. Import image-based scanned documents directly into your capture workflow to extract valuable data and improve searchability. This works with BMP, PNG, PDF, JPEG, and TIFF file types. This is great if your company needs to access untaped archived information.
- Handwriting Recognition: When you scan a document with handwriting, PSCP will recognize it, adding to the document’s data so that you can even search your documents for handwritten text!
